Most window cleaning fails at the same point: the water. Tap water in this part of Missouri carries dissolved minerals, and when it dries on glass those minerals stay behind as spots and film. You can squeegee perfectly and still end up with cloudy windows an hour later. We solved that by changing the water.
Why Purified Water Changes the Result
We run every exterior job through a professional purified water system. It strips the dissolved minerals and impurities out before the water ever touches your house.
That matters for one simple reason: there is nothing left in the water to dry onto the glass. No calcium, no magnesium, no residue. The window is rinsed and then left to dry on its own, and it dries clear. No towel marks, no streak lines in the corners, no soap film that shows up the first sunny afternoon.
It also means we can reach much higher safely. A water-fed pole gets to second-storey and gable windows from the ground, which is faster than laddering every opening and considerably less risky around your landscaping.

Three Packages
These are the same packages listed on our home page. All prices are baseline estimates — final pricing depends on how many windows you have, how reachable they are, and what condition the glass is in.
Basic Wash — starting at $130
Exterior glass only. Purified water, spot-free finish. The right choice for a routine refresh, or after a storm or pollen season when the outside has taken a beating but the inside is fine.
Premium Shine — starting at $250
Inside and out. Exterior by purified water, interiors cleaned by hand, plus sills and frames wiped down. This is what most homeowners book when they have not had it done in a while.
Diamond Clear — starting at $300
Everything in Premium Shine plus the detail work: tracks cleared, screens cleaned, and extra attention to hard water spotting and built-up film. Worth booking before hosting something, listing a house, or when the glass has been neglected for years.
Not sure which one? Call or text 417-766-8666 and describe the house. We will tell you which package actually fits rather than pushing you up a tier.
Hard Water Stains
Hard water spotting is a different problem from dirt, and it is worth being straight about. When sprinkler overspray or roof runoff dries on glass again and again, minerals bond to the surface. Past a point, they begin to etch it.
In many cases we can reduce or remove it using specialised glass techniques — but not always, and never by simply washing harder. If the etching has gone deep enough, no amount of cleaning brings the glass back, and we would rather tell you that up front than take your money and disappoint you.
If you have spotting that has never come off, mention it when you book and we will look at it specifically.
How Often
Most homeowners book twice a year. Spring, once the pollen has finished, and autumn before the weather closes in. That rhythm stops mineral buildup ever getting established, which is what makes the difference over years rather than months.
Storefronts and commercial glass usually run on a much shorter cycle — monthly or fortnightly — because street dust and handprints accumulate fast, and your windows are part of how customers judge you before they walk in.
Recurring visits save up to 15% versus booking one at a time.
Common Questions
Do you use purified water for streak-free window cleaning?
Yes. We use a professional purified water system that removes minerals and impurities, allowing windows to dry spot-free without streaks or residue.
Do you clean interior and exterior windows?
Yes. We offer both interior and exterior window cleaning for residential and commercial properties. Our Premium Shine and Diamond Clear packages both include inside and out.
How often should windows be professionally cleaned?
Most homeowners schedule professional window cleaning twice per year to keep glass clear and prevent mineral buildup and spotting.
Can professional window cleaning remove hard water stains?
In many cases, yes. We use specialized glass cleaning techniques that can reduce or remove mineral deposits and hard water stains on windows. Just let us know.
Is professional window cleaning safe for window seals and frames?
Yes. Professional window cleaning uses proper tools and techniques designed to safely clean glass without damaging window seals, frames, or surrounding materials.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
For exterior-only work, no, as long as we can access the areas and any gates or spigots. For interior window cleaning we will need someone to let us in. Either way, we will confirm the plan when you book.
