What Happens After You Book
- I confirm it with you You will hear from me by text or call to confirm the slot and go over what you want done. If I need to see the property first, I will tell you then rather than surprising you on the day.
- You get a price before any work starts No work begins until you have a final number and you have said yes to it. There is never a bill at the end that you did not expect.
- I show up on time and get it done You do not need to be home for most exterior work, as long as I can reach water and the areas we discussed. Just say so when we confirm.
- We walk it before I leave I finish with an inspection. If something is not right, tell me while I am still there and I will put it right.
