Why Blocked Gutters Cost So Much
A clogged gutter does not just overflow. Water backs up under the shingles and rots the roof decking. It runs down the fascia and into the soffit. It pours over the edge in a sheet, digging a trench through the flower beds and pooling against the foundation — which is how water ends up in a basement.

- Clean up properly Whatever comes down gets cleared off the lawn and beds, and splashes rinsed off the siding and drive. You should not be able to tell we were there except that it works.

We install gutter guards, and we will also tell you the honest truth about them: guards reduce maintenance, they do not end it.
A good guard keeps leaves and twigs out of the channel, which is most of the problem. What still gets through is the fine material — shingle grit, seed pods, pine needles, roof granules — and that accumulates on top of the guard or settles underneath it. Guarded systems still need inspecting, and periodically clearing.
If someone tells you a guard means you will never think about your gutters again, they are selling you something. What guards genuinely buy you is a longer gap between cleanings and far less overflow risk in a storm.
